Girls Basketball:
After a week off due to Covid protocol, the Glendora girls program bounced back and won three of the four games they’ve played since Tuesday.
On Tuesday, the Tartans began the week with a nine-point setback at Claremont.
GHS would then pick up Palomares League road victories at Colony (73-33) and Alta Loma (69-33) on Wednesday and Friday, respectively.
And Glendora finished the five-day play week with a 59-49 victory over a visiting Los Altos team that entered the game with a 16-2 record.
Hailey Schaffer led the way with 17 points.
Kennedy Herrmann had 16 points in the win.
Emma Barnett finished with 13 points, and Rylie Anderson had 11.
Up next: GHS will host Ayala on Monday at 5:30.
