Boys Basketball:
San Dimas jumped on West Covina early on Tuesday night and cruised to a 73-43, Valle Vista League road victory.
The Saints entered the second period with a 15-point lead and never looked back.
Zaye Salgado had 12 points and four assists for SDHS.
And Ethan Chavez contributed 12 points, four rebounds and three assists.
Jordan Nacpill had 11 points for West Covina, and Matthew Jimenez contributed seven points.
Nathan Kester finished with 10 points and six boards.
San Dimas remains just one-game back of first-place Charter Oak in the loss column.
Up next: SDHS will host Diamond Ranch (4-9) tonight (Wednesday) at 6:30.
