Boys Basketball:
After 17 days off, the La Salle boys basketball program got back on the court at the South Pasadena Tournament.
And the Lancers picked up an impressive 63-47 victory over South East of South Gate in the Gold Division bracket.
Derek Peterson led the way with 16 points.
Myles Blackman (15) and Jason Patterson (14) combined to score 29 points in the win.
Isaiah May chipped in with 10 points.
Up next: La Salle will face off with Grant tomorrow (Tuesday).
The tip is set for 3.
