Girls Basketball:
The Marshall Fundamental girls basketball program snapped its two-game losing streak on Wednesday.
The Eagles got contributions throughout their lineup and defeated their visitors from Blair, 58-32, in a nonleague battle.
Jolynn Alibar had a game-high 13 points and Kaitlan Sakuma contributed 12 points in the win.
Aalijah Jones chipped in with nine points and both Destiny Ihiaso and Ava Lee had six points apiece.
Joh Hailey and Irene Frias scored six points each for the Vikings.
Up next: The Eagles will open Mission Valley League play on Monday.
Marshall will host Arroyo at 6:30.
