Football:
Bonita won its third consecutive game on Friday night.
The Bearcats scored on the second play of the game and cruised to a 42-7 victory at Los Osos.
Daniel Andrade completed 12 of his 20 pass attempts for 210 yards in just three quarters of work.
Andrade threw a pair of TD passes and didn’t turn the ball over.
Noah Mikhail caught two passes for 58 yards, and it was a 50-yard, Andrade-to-Mikhail connection that started the Bonita onslaught.
Kalim Mikhail carried the ball five times for 71 yards, and that included one rushing TD.
Hunter Grosenbach had team highs in receptions (5) and receiving yards (89).
Isaiah Portillo caught two passes for 29 yards and had one TD.
Through the first five games of the 2021 season, the Bearcats have outscored their opponents by a combined margin of 171-71.
Up next: Bonita will host Claremont on Thursday night.
The Wolfpack (1-) are coming off a 27-8 loss to Alta Loma.
