For the second consecutive game, the West Covina water polo program had an offensive explosion.

Two days after the Bulldogs opened the 2021 season with a 23-8 victory over visiting Baldwin Park, the WCHS offense was back at it again.

Ryan Diaz was able to block 11 of Montclair’s 17 shots on Thursday.

Freshman Andres Javier came into the game and recorded his first three saves of his high school career.

Matthew Munoz also had a huge game with eight goals.

Tony Lassic scored three times and Ezekiel Dominguez and Andrew Encarnacion both added two goals apiece.
