Boys Water Polo:
West Covina jumped on Baldwin Park early in Tuesday’s season opener and never looked back.
The Bulldogs outscored the Braves, 7-2, in the first period, and claimed a 23-8 victory.
Zachary Elhusseiny led the way with seven goals.
Matthew Munoz scored four times in the win.
Izaiah Reyes chipped in with three goals.
Tony Lassic and Andrew Encarnacion both scored two goals apiece.
Up next: WCHS will travel to Montclair on Thursday afternoon.
