Quotable:
Arcadia coach, Stephen Bernabe: “We played a good team and I am excited for the experience my team is getting. I am a very intense coach and definitely crazy in moments, but after this game, our girls showed we can play at a high level. We are young and only get better from here.”
FSHA coach, Trent Tcheng: “Arcadia is known to be a very scrappy team. They don’t let anything hit the floor. That’s why I love playing them. They fight for every point and if you don’t take care of the ball on your side, they will make you pay. This match was a rollercoaster of momentum. We would go up by 4-5 points and they would just claw their way back into the set. We never felt comfortable no matter what the score was. Arcadia will do some damage this season especially with that group of coaches.”
