Bonita forward Alisha Wilson’s senior year has been successful and memorable.
The Bearcats went 10-0 on a path to a Palomares League championship, and now they find themselves in the quarterfinal round of the CIF-SS Division 2AA playoffs.
On Wednesday, Wilson had 16 points in Bonita’s 49-44 victory over Village Christian in the first round.
Three nights later, Wilson led all scorers with 26 points.
And the Bearcats would cruise to a 58-31 victory over St. Mary’s Academy.
Wilson had six points apiece in the first, second and fourth quarters, and scored all eight of
Bonita’s third-quarter points.
Up next: The Bearcats (15-2) will travel to undefeated Cajon on Wednesday at 7.
The Cowboys (11-0) defeated Viewpoint, 51-46, in their second-round game.
