South Hills took out their recent frustrations on Wilson pitching in Tuesday’s 12-3, Hacienda League beatdown of the Wildcats.
The Huskies out-hit the Wildcats, 18-6.
Matthew Lorenzano went five innings to get the win.
Lorenzano allowed two runs (one earned) on four hits.
He walked two and fanned a pair of Wilson batters.
Julian Ramirez had an RBI base hit for the Wildcats, and Nathan Marin doubled and scored.
Joseph Valencia singled and scored and Sammy Ruezga had an RBI base hit.
Nathan Marin was stuck with the loss, allowing seven runs on 11 hits and four walks over his four innings of work.
Josh Dinisi walked, tripled, scored and had two RBIs.
Marcos Rosales singled, doubled and drove in two runs.
Shane Ingrin had an RBI base hit and Isaac Veasey-Chavez doubled and scored.
Matthew Yanez singled twice, doubled and scored two runs.
Anthony Rasmussen walked twice, singled two times and scored three runs.
Kai Penuelas went 3-for-4, with a double, two runs scored and an RBI.
Lorenzano helped his own cause, with a walk, single and three RBIs.
Athen Malone singled twice, had an RBI and scored.
Up next: South Hills will host Wilson in the regular season finale on Thursday.
