Glendora Closes Out Regular Season Schedule With a 77-34 Nonleague Victory Over Calvary Baptist

Boys Basketball:

Glendora notched its 18th victory of the regular season, and they didn’t get a single point from their starters.

GHS handled Calvary Baptist, 77-34, on Friday evening.

And no, this wasn’t a disciplinary issue, it was just a chance to honor the hard work of every member of the Glendora basketball program.

Amare Bignornia and Jacob Gates both had 13 points apiece for the Tartans.

Cadyn Grable chipped in with 11 points and 11 rebounds.

Mike Rivera added nine points, Rushi Chetty had seven and Ayden Green contributed six points on Friday.

Luke Pringle (four points) and Chris Lee (three) rounded out the Tartans’ scoring.

Donovan Hamlow, the son and grandson of GHS coaches Gordon and Cliff Hamlow, respectively, dished out four assists,

And Benji Holt grabbed three rebounds.

Up next: GHS will get its first-round playoff opponent on Sunday morning at 10.
