Baseball:
Bonita officially clinched the second seed out of the Palomares League on Friday.
Edrian Rangeel went six innings in Bonita’s 7-3 victory over Alta Loma.
Rangel allowed three runs (two earned) on four hits.
He walked two and struck out five.
Dominic Paris was stuck with the loss.
Paris surrendered seven runs (three earned) on eight hits over 5 2/3 innings.
Devon Diaz went 3-for-4, including a double and scored three runs.
Luke Mistone walked, singled twice and scored.
JT Fenton scored and had an RBI and Jordan Sheridan drove in a run on a sac fly.
Rangel helped his own cause with a single, RBI and run scored.
Ryan Kozma had an RBI single, scored and drove in a second run on a sac fly.
