Softball:
Azusa won its eighth consecutive game on Tuesday, and seven came in Montview League action.
The Aztecs pounded out a 19-0 victory over Gladstone in five innings.
Iliana Cardenas tossed a two-hit shutout and struck out seven.
Alyssa Elizalde and Jaqueline Marquez had one single apiece to account for the Gladstone offense.
Judith Duenas was stuck with the loss after allowing 12 runs (11 earned) on six hits and nine walks in just 1 2/3 innings.
AHS would touch up Valerie Santana for seven runs on nine hits and two walks over her 2 1/3 innings in the circle.
Cardenas did her part at the plate, as she walked twice, doubled two times and drove in three runs.
Breanna Rodriguez went 3-for-4, with two runs and two RBIs.
Raelene Rodriguez walked, had two singles, three runs scored and drove in three.
Gwendalyn Rivas singled, scored and had an RBI, and Angelian Correos scored three runs.
Juliana Canizales walked twice, singled, scored a pair of runs and drove in two.
Alyssa Ceballos went 2-for-2, with a pair of walks, two singles, an RBI and run scored.
Natalie Sosa walked, singled, tripled, scored two runs and had two RBIs.
Mia Pedroza walked two times, tripled, had an RBI and scored twice.
