Northview set the tone early and cruised to a 12-2 victory over West Covina in a five-inning contest.
The Vikings got six runs in the bottom of the first inning and never looked back.
Evan Buhac was stuck with the loss, allowing 10 runs (three earned) on eight hits over his four-innings of work.
He walked one and struck out a pair of NHS batters.
