Apparently Northview wasn’t intimidated by having to face the No. 1 seed in the first round of the CIF-SS Division 6 playoffs.
And they didn’t whine about having to take a 57-mile bus ride.
Instead, they went out to Nuevo and ended the Nuview Bridge season with a 2-0 victory.
Miguel Jaramillo scored both goals for the Vikings.
Up next: Northview will host Vista Del Lago on Saturday in the second round.
The Ravens (7-3-2) defeated Fairmont Prep, 4-0, in their first-round contest.
