Los Osos Gets 3-2, Walk-Off Victory Over Etiwanda; Grizzlies Have Won 4 Consecutive Baseline League Games

Baseball:

Los Osos won its fourth consecutive Baseline League game on Wednesday.

The Grizzlies got two in the bottom of the first inning and one more in the seventh for the walk-off, 3-2 victory.

Dylan Goff went 6 2/3 innings for the Eagles, allowing three runs (one earned) on four hits.

Goff walked two and struck out four LOHS batters.

Tyler Mohler singled, scored and had an RBI.

Drake Job walked and scored and Even Tiemann had two RBIs.

Cole Monsen allowed two unearned runs in his 6 1/3 innings for Los Osos.

He walked seven, struck out four and gave up one hit.

Tony Verrone went the last 2/3 of an inning, allowing one hit and striking out one Etiwanda batter.

Abraham Zapata had a two-run single to tie the game in the seventh.

And Geo Mejia’s single was the Eagles only other base hit on Wednesday.

Austen Roellig walked and scored and Ryan Scoles scored once for Etiwanda.

Up next: The Eagles will host the Grizzlies on Friday.
