Boys Basketball:
Chino Hills looked like they were going to hang with their visitors from Damien on Friday night.
The Huskies and Spartans were tied at 15-15 after the first eight minutes.
But Damien would go on to outscore Chino Hills, 50-17, the rest of the way, and claimed a 65-32 Baseline League road victory.
RJ Smith led the Spartans with 22 points and Jimmy Oladokun had 15 points in the win.
Joseph Ekpo led Chino Hills with 11 points, nine of which came from behind the 3-point line.
Up next: Damien will travel to Rancho Cucamonga High School on Tuesday for a 6:30 tip with the Cougars.
