Girls Basketball:
Pasadena won its first game of the 2021 season on Friday and they didn’t wait long to jump on their hosts from Arcadia.
The Bulldogs took a 25-6 lead after the first eight minutes and never looked back.
PHS claimed a 76-26 Pacific League opening road victory over the Apaches.
Olivia Hodges led the way with 24 points.
Sydney Brumfield added 17 points in the win.
Christine Manoukian contributed 12 points and Danielle Matthews finished with eight.
Kameria Piggee had six points and Amanda Williams produced five points.
Up next: PHS will travel to Burroughs on Tuesday.
