Girls Basketball:
Glendora got one final test before Palomares League action heats up tomorrow.
Troy used a 13-point advantage in the second and third quarters combined to outlast the Tartans, 44-36, on Monday evening.
Endigo Parker led Troy with 16 points and Isabell Pearson had 14 for the Warriors.
Glendora’s Hailey Schafer led all scorers with 18 points.
Karley Tilton contributed six points for the Tartans.
Emma Barnett, Madison Hermmann and Miriam Tomt had three points apiece in the loss.
Up next: GHS will open Palomares League play today (Tuesday) when they host Colony.
The tip-off is set for 5 p.m.
