Jimenez got off to a scorching start to begin his senior year at Northview.
The Vikings QB took over in Thursday’s season opener against visiting El Rancho.
Northview defeated the Dons, 31-23, thanks to their leader.
He accounted for 408 total yards and was part of four scores.
Jimenez went 15 of 20 for 302 yards and three TD’s..
Damion Thompson caught two TD passes and his brother, Deshon Thompson, caught the other.
Jimenez also paced the rushing attack with 106 yards and a TD run.
Up next: Northview will host San Marino (0-1) at Covina District Field this Friday.
